We are seeking a highly motivated and experiened Direct Mail Marketing Manager to drive direct mail marketing for transformative initiatives in home services industry.


  • Manage multiple Direct Mail agencies for a broad home service product line.
  • Maintains excellent comprehension of latest trends and developments in Direct Marketing, New Customer Acquisition and Inside Telesales Sales programs
  • Estimating Direct Mail sales conversion funnel, from delivery to response through inside sales volume and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for current and new hone service and membership products
  • Develops strategies to locate and penetrate new home owner audiences and customers of hone service offerings. Determine key decision maker in household and messaging to engage those decision makers and influencers.
  • Develops Direct Mail strategic plans to address customer's home service needs and requirements on a local, regional and national level. Strategy should include short term (1-3months), mid-term (3mo-1yr) and long-term (1-3years) goals
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives for Direct Mail program
  • Oversee and coordinate all direct mail sales campaigns to drive the new home services and/or membership sales funnel
  • Work with Marketing Leadership and Call Center leadership to develop and deliver outstanding direct mail pieces that offer superior customer sales experience - adding value, growing customer loyalty, and cultivating repeat business
  • Reports customer activity from Direct Mail efforts to marketing management, identifying customer requirements, competitive trends, and changing environments
  • Learn and reinforces personal knowledge of digitally printed products and services to minimize direct mail cost to further improve ROAS.
  • Provide expert knowledgeable advice about direct mail products, services and agencies.
  • A sense of urgency with a hunter mentality


  • Must have 3-5 Years of previous success within Direct Mail at a brand or agency level.
  • Must have 3+ Years B2C marketing experience in products and or services (hone services a plus)
  • 2+ years managing the direct mail agencies or running direct mail programs for a brand, including contracts negotiation
  • Help agency partners develop, established home owner prospect list for home services
  • Knowledge of promoting and marketing Company’s products or service offering to direct mail agencies to inspire success and partnership
  • Ability to understand solution selling approach to encompass in Direct Nail messaging for all the Company’s hone services and membership programs.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills and sound decision-making combined with analytical experience is required; ability to analyze program and response data, identify issues, and implement process improvements
  • Demonstrate business savvy and acumen with ability to develop and maintain long-term success as a internal marketing partner in a fast-paced home services sales environment
  • Proven experience in balancing people-facing concerns with the business imperatives, while making sound recommendations and exercising good judgment
  • Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships and navigate complex environments and competing home service team’s (product owners) demands.
  • Proven ability to develop and to execute strategic action plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills including strong verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills, and influence and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish a positive working environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities successfully
