Home Alliance, one of the area's most unique home service companies, is growing again! We have an immediate need for a superstar customer service professional to join our dispatch team.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate technician schedules and categorize calls according to importance and urgency.
  • Ensure technicians have all relevant information for the day/week.
  • Handle issues and updates and commute changes to appropriate technician
  • Enter and update new information and changes into our system..

What we look for:

  • 3+ years dispatch in home services or a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
