Role Description

We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on professional to lead growth and partnership initiatives for a fast-scaling remote service network. The ideal candidate combines business development expertise with operational leadership, capable of driving measurable results while maintaining strong partner and team relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage B2B partnerships to expand the service network.
  • Drive new collaborations, lead-sharing programs, and strategic growth projects.
  • Oversee and mentor remote teams to ensure service quality and accountability.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver results.
  • Monitor KPIs related to performance, partner engagement, and profitability.
  • Remain hands-on during early scaling phases to support partners and operations directly.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or operations management.
  • Proven track record in managing B2B relationships or partner ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with or selling to the U.S. market is a strong plus.
  • Background in home improvement, repair, or technical service industries is highly valued.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive communication, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluent English is required; Russian proficiency is a strong plus.
