Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Unit Manager to drive our growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining contractors relationships, analyzing market dynamics, and collaborating with the marketing team. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture client accounts, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contractors Collaboration: Build strong relationships with contractors to ensure service excellence.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer satisfaction by proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for success.

Performance Indicators:

  • Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Retention: Improve a client retention rate.
  • Contractors Retention: Foster technician engagement resulting in longer retention.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.


  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Proficiency in Russian (fluent or advanced)
  • Operational experience in home services or any other relevant field would be a plus
  • Successful track of revenue growth
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
