We seek an attentive and communicative person to join our team. As the Academy curator, you will be responsible for the exceptional experience of our students, their support and success traction. Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new students, product demo of Online Academy.
- Ensure smooth students journey - tracking their progress, identifying potential dropouts.
- Regular communication and assistance to students on educational program topics (inc. TG channel).
- Quality assurance - collecting feedback, reviews, identifying ideas for further product development.
- Financial tracking - checking status of payments, addressing problems where necessary.
- Collaborate with the trainers team to answer students' questions and support live webinars.
- Collaborate with management on product development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in educational projects or experience in supporting functions will be a plus (team assistant, administrative support, etc).
- Knowledge of MSOffice, messenger and experience in working with CRM systems.
- Russian - native or fluent.
- English - intermediate level and higher.
